What we offer:
Full Service & Maintenance Agreement (FSMA) – These contracts cover all parts, labour & call-out costs on the equipment and give you, the customer, complete peace of mind that your equipment is fully covered. Contracts can also include consumables.
Planned Maintenance Service Agreement:
ALL SERVICE CONTRACTS PAYABLE EITHER, MONTHLY
QUARTERLY OR ANNUALLY.
Time & Materials (T & M) – Pay for consumables, parts & engineer call-outs, as and when your equipment requires it.
How we do it:
Manufacturer Trained Engineers
By having engineers that are trained & accredited by the manufacturer means that firstly, the engineers have had the best training there is for the product and secondly, they are able to liaise with the manufacturer direct should they need on-site support.
By regularly servicing the equipment at set intervals, we are able to foresee any wear on parts before they become an issue and cause actual downtime. By carrying out preventative maintenance visits, we reduce the number of times the machine is out of action and reduce the length of time as well!
We have photocopiers, printers etc in our office and therefore we do understand what it is like to be without a machine, normally just when a urgent or vital document is required. We put ourselves in your shoes and then act accordingly!
